With four years in the automotive industry and more than a decade of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry—primarily with Bob Evans Restaurants—Dennis understands that exceptional customer experiences are built through strong relationships, communication, and servant leadership.
A graduate of Southern Illinois University–Carbondale, Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Management of Healthcare Enterprises and a minor in Accounting. His professional background also includes serving as a Public Relations and Social Media Intern for Discover the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach, Florida, helping promote destinations from Jupiter to Boca Raton, as well as working as a Hall Director at Arkansas State University.
Born in Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica, Dennis brings a unique perspective and passion for connecting with people from all walks of life. Today, he serves not only as Sales Manager for Dorsett Mitsubishi but also as Business Development Manager for the entire Dorsett Automotive Group, helping drive growth, innovation, and customer-focused strategies across the organization.
For Dennis, leadership is rooted in training, development, and investing in people. He takes pride in mentoring younger team members and those new to the automotive industry, helping create an experience at Dorsett Mitsubishi that stands apart from the traditional dealership environment. His goal is to foster a culture centered on professionalism, transparency, and genuine customer care.
Dennis met his wife while attending college, and together they are raising two wonderful children with one more on the way. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and taking advantage of any opportunity to be outdoors.

Outside of the dealership, Owen is a self-described tech enthusiast, reptile lover, and proud nerd with a passion for learning and exploring new interests. He is a fan of classic vehicles, especially the iconic 1960s Ford Mustang, and brings a unique perspective to the automotive world after flying a crop duster plane before ever working around cars.
